By becoming a member of our Wellington Phoenix FC Supporters Club, we will keep you informed of all the news, views and gossip relating to the Phoenix! We will also keep you informed of any events or competitions you can get involved in.

Forum Rules and Policies

Before becoming a member of the Yellow Fever forums (Forum User), you must agree to the following rules and policies that govern your use of the forums (Forum Rules).

1. Don’t do anything nasty or illegal.

Be honest and truthful.

Don’t say anything nasty or defamatory about other forum users, or anyone else.

Don’t use foul or abusive language, and don’t say anything to or about anyone that a reasonable person wouldn’t say to their face.

Don’t use the forums for any illegal activity, including spamming.

2. Be respectful.

Don’t harass or berate people.

People have a right to their privacy, so do not post users’ personal details, or drop hints that might lead other people to discover those details.

3. No commercial use without permission.

In particular, no offering products or services for sale without the permission of Yellow Fever.

Above all remember that the forums are a community for everyone, and Forum Users are expected to act in a community building way.

You acknowledge and agree that Yellow Fever, through its forum moderators, may (either in response to a breach of these Forum Rules or if they feel they need to for the good of the forum community):

1. remove or modify your posts
2. suspend or terminate your membership
3. block your access to the forums

Privacy Act 1993

In becoming a Forum User you must provide accurate and truthful contact information to Yellow Fever. That information will be held by Yellow Fever in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, and you may update and view that information at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that Yellow Fever may:

1. send you emails promoting Yellow Fever activities and the activities of our commercial partners,
2. disclose your confidential information to third parties in response to a breach by you of a forum rule if we deem it is appropriate, and
3. disclose your first name and email address to our commercial partners for the purposes of marketing their wares to you.

Changes to these rules

Yellow Fever may change these rules at any time without notice to you. The rules that apply to you at any point in time will be the current rules available on the Yellow Fever website.
